Add a touch of sparkle to your creations using Rose Gold Leaf or real Gold and Silver Leaf.
Apply by brushing the Leaf on to sugar paste which has been dampened, in the required area, using cooled, boiled water.
Silver and gold are permitted for the surface decoration of sugar confectionary and have the numbers E174 and E175 respectively.
