Delivery Options

Our standard charge for delivery to UK mainland addresses is £4.95 unless you are eligible for Free Local Delivery that we are able to offer to selected NG and DE postcodes, subject to minimum order values as shown below. When free local delivery is available it will be shown during checkout.

Orders placed will be packaged and dispatched within 2 working days with the aim of the delivery being made within 5 working days (subject to carrier).

Should you need delivery earlier please contact us to discuss and we will make alternative arrangements if possible (additional charges may apply).

Free Local Delivery

Postcodes NG25, NG18 free delivery for orders totalling £10 or more.
Postcodes NG14-15, NG17, NG19-24 free delivery for orders totalling £20 or more.
Postcodes NG4-6, NG13, NG16 free delivery for orders totalling £30 or more.
Postcodes NG1-12, DE5, DE7, DE55, DE75 free delivery for orders totalling £40 or more.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item explaining the reason you wish to return it. You can contact us by email, phone or via the “contact us” page of our website.

Our returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to request a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

The following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or misdescribed:

Perishable items such as edible products.

Once you have informed us about returning an item you have a further 14 days in which to return it. Upon receipt we will arrange a refund the price of the item and its delivery cost (if applicable) if the item is returned unused, in the condition it was received and with its original packaging.

We do not pay for return postage, unless the return is due to an item being faulty or due to an error on our part when we will reimburse you for reasonable return postage costs. We cannot be held responsible however for goods that do not reach us due to the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds take up to 14 days from receipt of returned item(s). Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights and our returns policy, we will credit the Payment Card or Paypal account used to make the original purchase with the appropriate amount.
