Self-Inflating Balloon Number Cake Toppers are an excellent way to add a balloon topper to a birthday cake without the need for a pump or helium.
Simply press firmly on the relevant part of the balloon as directed and wait for it to inflate then attach the pick included and place it in to the top of the cake.
