Use for covering cakes and making chocolates and decorations. (Or dipping such delicious treats as strawberries or other fruit, marshmallows. Cookies etc.) Can also be used in baking.
Store in a cool, dry place, ideally at a constant temperature of 16 - 20 degrees C. Always keep packaging tightly closed.
